At MFF, we believe that exercise can make you feel uplifted and empowered. One of the best ways to feel this way is to be surrounded by others who can motivate and inspire you. This is why the community formed by our clients and coaches is important to us. The camaraderie and added accountability helps many clients come in despite a bad day or continue on their wellness journey in the face of a plateau.
To achieve this our sessions consist of 2-6 people and are led by a coach. The small group environment allows you to see other people just like you who are trying to reach their fitness goals. You will see seemingly ordinary people doing extraordinary things. You will have fun while still working hard in a challenging environment.
